§ 1. General provisions

  3. These Rules define the rules for using the store, placing orders, entering into purchase and sale agreements, making payments, delivering products, terminating contracts, filing complaints, and providing services in electronic form.
  4. The store is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce.
  5. The terms and conditions are available free of charge on the store's website so that it can be purchased, reproduced, and secured.

§ 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Rules, the following definitions apply::

  3. Client - an individual, a legal entity, or a non-legal entity that uses the store or places an order.
  4. Consumer - an individual who performs a legal action with the seller that is not directly related to its economic or professional activities.
  5. Entrepreneur as a consumer - an individual who enters into a contract directly related to his business activities, if the content of this contract implies that it is not of a professional nature for this person.
  6. Product - a movable item offered for sale in the store.
  7. Order - a customer's application made through the store, directed directly to the conclusion of a product purchase and sale agreement.
  8. Client's Account - individual client dashboard, available after registration and login, allowing you to: m.in. view order history and manage data specified in the store.
  9. Order Form - a form available in the store for placing an order.

§ 3. Technical requirements

  1. To use the store, you must::
    • device with internet access,
    • current web browser,
    • active email address,
    • cookie support is enabled if it is necessary for the store to work properly.
  2. Using the store may require enabling JavaScript and accepting the necessary cookies.
  3. The customer is obliged to use the store in accordance with the law, good customs and Regulations.
  4. It is prohibited to provide the client with illegal content.

§ 4. Services provided in electronic form

  1. The Seller provides the following services electronically::
    • ability to view the store's assortment,
    • ability to place orders using the order form,
    • ability to create and maintain a customer account, if this feature is available,
    • allow contact with the seller using the forms or contact information available in the store.
  2. Services provided electronically are free of charge.
  3. The contract for the provision of services that provide for the possibility of placing an order is concluded for the duration of using the order form and expires from the moment of placing the order or terminating its placement.
  4. The client's account management agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time and can be terminated by the client at any time by contacting the seller at: support@wktrading.pl.
  5. Complaints about services provided electronically can be submitted to the following email address:: support@wktrading.pl.

§ 5. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed through the Store 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  2. To place an order, the customer must::
    • select a product,
    • add product to cart,
    • go to the order form,
    • provide the data required to complete the order,
    • choose a shipping and payment method,
    • accept the necessary permits and applications,
    • click the button that completes the order with a payment commitment.
  3. Information about products provided in the store, in particular their descriptions, parameters and prices, is an invitation to conclude a contract in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  4. Placing an order by a customer is an offer to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of a product.
  5. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order for execution.
  6. The purchase and sale agreement is concluded from the moment the client receives confirmation of acceptance of the sales order.
  7. The seller reserves the right to contact the customer to resolve any doubts about the order, in particular about the delivery, payment or availability of the product.

§ 6. Prices and payments

  1. All prices listed in the store are expressed in Polish zlotys.
  2. Product prices are gross prices, unless otherwise specified in the specific product.
  3. Product prices do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise specified in the store's information.
  4. The total order price, including the product price and shipping costs, is indicated to the customer before placing the order.
  5. Available payment methods are presented to the client during the order placement process.
  6. The customer can use electronic payment methods available in the store.
  7. The merchant can use third-party payment operators. In this case, the payment is processed in accordance with the rules of the relevant payment operator.
  8. The order is made after the payment is placed or after the payment is positively authorized by the payment operator, unless otherwise provided by the selected payment method or individual agreements.

§ 7. Delivery

  1. Delivery of products is carried out to the territory specified in the store when placing an order.
  2. Available delivery methods may include, but are not limited to:
    • InPost Paychecks,
    • InPost Kurier,
    • DPD,
    • other delivery methods provided during the order placement process.
  3. Current delivery methods and costs are presented to the customer before placing an order.
  4. Order completion time is from 2 to 14 business days, unless otherwise specified for the product or during the order placement process.
  5. The order completion period is calculated from the date of payment placement or positive authorization of the payment, unless otherwise provided by the selected payment method or individual agreements.
  6. In the case of products with limited availability, the seller informs the customer about a possible extension of the order completion period.

§ 8. Right to terminate the contract

  1. The consumer and the entrepreneur as consumers have the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the date of entry into possession of the product, without specifying the reason.
  2. To save the deadline, it is enough to send an application for termination of the agreement before its expiration.

  4. The customer must immediately send the goods back, no later than 14 days from the day when he informed the seller about the termination of the contract.

  6. The customer bears the direct cost of sending the goods back, unless the seller determines otherwise individually.
  7. The seller will refund all payments received to the buyer, including the cost of the cheapest standard shipping available in the store when placing the order.
  8. The payment will be refunded immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the application for termination of the agreement.
  9. The seller can postpone the refund until the item is returned or the customer provides confirmation of its return, depending on which event occurs earlier.
  10. A refund is made using the same payment method used by the client, if the client clearly does not agree with the other form of refund.
  11. The customer is responsible for reducing the cost of the product as a result of its use in ways that go beyond the scope necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
  12. The right to terminate the agreement is not granted in cases stipulated by the current legislation.

§ 9. Complaints and product compliance with the contract

  1. The seller must provide the goods that comply with the contract.
  2. In case of non-compliance of the product with the contract, the customer has the right specified in the current legislation, in particular, in the law on consumer rights.

  4. In the complaint, we recommend that you specify:
    • client's first and last name,
    • order number,
    • purchase dates,
    • problem description,
    • customer requests,
    • photos or videos showing the defect, if this can facilitate the handling of the complaint.
  5. The seller can ask the customer to send the goods back for verification of the complaint, if this is necessary for its consideration.
  6. The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
  7. If the complaint is recognized, the client may receive, in accordance with the current legislation:
    • product repair,
    • exchange of goods for a new one,
    • price reduction,
    • refund of funds if there are legal grounds for this.
  8. A complaint may be rejected if the reported problem is not related to a product defect or product non-compliance with the contract, in particular when:
    • The product works correctly,
    • the damage occurred due to improper use,
    • The product was mechanically damaged by the customer,
    • The product has been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized persons,
    • The product was not used for its intended purpose or according to the instructions.
  9. If the complaint is rejected, the seller informs the client of the reason for the decision.

§ 10. Products damaged during transportation

  1. If the parcel arrived to the customer damaged, it is recommended to draw up a damage report from the carrier and contact the seller by e-mail: support@wktrading.pl.
  2. The notice should include a description of the damage and, if possible, photos of the package and product.
  3. The above recommendation does not limit the client's rights under the provisions of the law, in particular, the right to file a complaint.

§ 11. No voluntary exchanges

  1. The store does not carry out a standard voluntary replacement of products due to a change of decision, an error during purchase, or choosing the wrong option, if the seller does not agree to this individually.
  2. The foregoing does not limit the legal right to terminate the contract or the client's rights arising from the complaint.

§ 12. Personal data and cookies

  1. The merchant is the administrator of the customer's personal data.
  2. Customers ' personal data is processed for processing orders, executing sales contracts, maintaining the customer's account, handling complaints, returning them, contacting the customer, and fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the seller.
  3. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies are determined by the privacy policy available on the store's website.

§ 13. Product Reviews

  1. If the store allows you to add product reviews, the customer must publish reviews in accordance with the laws and good practices.
  2. It is forbidden to publish content that is illegal, offensive, violates the rights of third parties, advertising or not related to the product in question.
  3. The seller may moderate reviews to the extent permitted by applicable law.

§ 14. Out-of-court ways to handle complaints and file claims

  1. The consumer can use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and filing claims.
  2. The consumer can ask for help m.in. municipal or district ombudsman, consumer organizations, or a competent trade inspectorate.
  3. The use of non-judicial dispute resolution methods is voluntary.

§ 15. Changing the Rules

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change the rules for valid reasons, in particular::
    • changes in legislation,
    • changes in the store's operation,
    • changes in payment or delivery methods,
    • changes to the merchant's data,
    • changing the store's functionality,
    • the need to clarify the provisions of the Regulations.
  2. The changed rules will be published on the store's website.
  3. Orders placed before the rule changes take effect are subject to the rules in force at the time of placing the order.

§ 16. Final provisions

  1. Purchase and sale agreements are concluded in Polish.
  2. Contracts concluded through the store are subject to Polish law.
  3. In matters not regulated by the rules, the current provisions of Polish legislation, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, apply.
  4. No provision of the rules excludes or restricts the rights of the consumer and the entrepreneur on the rights of the consumer arising from the mandatory legislation.
  5. The Regulation comes into force on the following day: 23.06.2026
