How do I prepare my luggage before traveling?

Give a readable name

The locator does not replace the contact information label. Don't put the full home address in view. Usually, all you need is a name, phone number, and email address.
Take a picture of your suitcase

What should I do if the app shows my suitcase in a different location?
First, inform the carrier's service center or baggage handling office about the absence of baggage. Enter the suitcase number and description.
You can show it to an employee:

- last update time,
- photo of the suitcase,
- flight number,
- baggage tag number.
Keep in mind that the location may be approximate or delayed. Don't take this as proof that the suitcase is located in a particular room.
